Cancellation Policy
Floating Lotus Esthetics requires a 24hr notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost to the card on file.
You are allowed a 10 minute grace period after the start of your allotted service time, once the 10 minute mark is reached you will be considered a no show, for no call no shows a 75% charge of the total service cost will be made to the card on file.
Please ensure that all consultation forms are filled out BEFORE your appointment time, and updated accordingly.
